Dinner and a movie

I have to run home right after work and walk the Bean because tonight I have a work dinner. This strange event where we are congregating at a south philly restaurant with some of our Florida editors. It's sort of like a staff meeting, but in dim pseudo-romantic lighting and drizzled with mozarella.

But the good news is that I originally thought I was going to miss the second night of viewing submissions for the Festival because of the dinner. But now Alexis has to spend some quality time with her rats and Rick is working too. So we aren't meeting until later and I can make it. Huzzah!

I'd love it for one meeting if Racecar Fatsnacks was in attendance. That would be very cool.
